En Prometeo resolvemos y automatizamos el acceso a datos bancarios, validación de cuentas bancarias e iniciación de pagos de cuenta a cuenta.
ResponsabilidadesDescripción del rol: Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de calidad del software, asegurando la implementación de procesos y herramientas de testing que garanticen la estabilidad y confiabilidad del producto. Deberás definir estrategias de automatización, coordinar equipos de QA y colaborar con otras áreas para la mejora continua del proceso de desarrollo.
- Definir y supervisar la estrategia de pruebas manuales y automatizadas.
- Coordinar y guiar al equipo de QA, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
- Diseñar frameworks de pruebas automatizadas y asegurar su mantenimiento.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos de testing.
- Asegurar la integración del testing en el pipeline de desarrollo CI/CD.
- Analizar métricas de calidad y generar reportes para la toma de decisiones.
- Actuar como referente técnico en pruebas de software dentro de la empresa.
- Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y producto para mejorar la calidad del software.
- Formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Analista de Sistemas o afines.
- Inglés nivel avanzado.
- Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en testing de software, con al menos 2 años en liderazgo de equipos o estrategias de QA.
- Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Cypress o similares.
- Experiencia en scripting para automatización (JavaScript, Python o similar).
