Our goal is to be a be a trusted and independent second line of defense control function, in-order to protect FIS from financial crime risks.**What you will be doing**As a Risk Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Compliance team. You will ensure that all requirements of a payment institution as required by Circular 3,681 in terms of operational, credit and liquidity risks, ESG by the Resolution BCB 4945 and Cyber Security by the Resolution BCB 85 are properly met to satisfy Central Bank expectations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a proper Risk Management Environment is set up for Worldpay do Brasil Instituição de Pagamento Ltda, a payment entity with a license granted by Central Bank in Brazil.**What you bring**:- 4 to 7 years’ experience of providing regulatory compliance advisory services in a global payments’ environment, large financial institution or fintech.- Identify and characterize risks through in-depth discussions with employees, customers, regulators, and third-party experts.- Create risk management models for assessing and mitigating various aspects of risk exposure.- Facilitate risk conversation between different types of expertise within the organization, including legal, IT, finance, privacy, TPO, business resilience, VRM and operations teams.- Develops and implements contingency plans to manage business interruptions, volatile market events, and other emergencies.- Ensure proper adherence of regulatory ESG and Cyber Security requirements.- Be the focal point with the various risk teams at FIS to ensure consistency with Group Standards.- Overseen the liquidity, operational and credit activities as required by the Brazilian Central Bank which includes but it is not limited to methodologies, regulatory reports, risk assessments etc.- Project management experience.- Stakeholder engagement experience.- High standard of written and verbal communication for policies and procedures design and maintenance.- Attention to detail.- The ability to handle and resolve challenging situations, work in a collaborative manner and be part of a wider Corporate Compliance team.**Added bonus if you have**:- A risk related qualification e.g., Certified ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional (“ISO 31000”) or Risk Management Professional (“PMI-RMP”).- COSO Knowledge.**What we offer you**- A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.- The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial crime.- A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.- Varied and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.- This role will be based in or Sao Paulo office.**Privacy Statement**FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
