Lead Developer Position

We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Elixir, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript, and expertise in building component libraries or production-ready applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, and event-driven systems is also highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for testing and continuous improvement are essential for this role.

Nice-to-haves include experience with React, Storybook, Kafka, microservices, eCommerce platforms, or CMS (Prismic), as well as interest in luxury, retail, or circular economy for fashion.

  • Building high-quality web applications and reusable components using various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive technical decisions and improve software quality.
  • Reviewing code, providing constructive feedback, and working closely with peers.
  • Ensuring the reliability of user-facing code and contributing to system stability.
