Duration : This is expected to be a 3 month part time engagement (3 days / week, 8 hrs / day) Location : Onsite in Sao Palo Brazil Notice Period : Cannot be longer than 2 weeks Pay : $5.52 / hr to 7.55 / hr USD base on hours worked or R$2850 to R$3,893 per month Title : Deskside Support Technician Must Haves : Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows 11 and Office 365) Hands‑on knowledge of SCCM for imaging and deployment Ability to troubleshoot HP and Epson printers Physical support for Lenovo notebooks and peripherals Experience configuring and troubleshooting Apple (iPhone / iPad) and Samsung smartphones (S series, A32 or higher) Basic understanding of infrastructure alerts (servers, switches, access points, firewall, UPS) Advanced English proficiency Plusses : Prior experience in enterprise IT support environments Familiarity with warranty handling for hardware Day To Day : The Deskside Support Technician will provide on-site support in Brazil for part-time hours (3 days / week, 8 hrs / day) from mid‑January through March 31, 2026. Responsibilities include resolving issues in Windows 11 and Office 365, deploying images via SCCM, troubleshooting printers, and handling Lenovo hardware. The role also involves configuring mobile devices, monitoring infrastructure equipment, and promptly notifying specialized teams of alerts.
