Solution Support Engineer

What You’ll Contribute As a generalist, support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted web‑based applications. Assist with the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices, while contributing to continuous improvement. Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks. Implement, monitor, refresh, and perform tasks on select/key Platform solutions. Perform Solution Deployment and Promotion. Conduct Solution Technical Regression Testing (post upgrade). Validate Solution Technical Performance (post‑upgrade). Manage Solution Change (deployments, patches, upgrades). Set up and configure Solution Monitoring and alerting. Investigate and resolve Solution incidents. Provide L2 & L3 OEM support for solutions. What We’re Seeking Ambitious and self‑driven individual with proven experience working platform, SaaS, and component solutions. Entry‑level knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Knowledge of web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM). Outsystems a plus. Experience with relational databases – MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle (including RAC). Working knowledge of LDAP design, implementation, and networking. Exposure to administering multi‑platform operating system environments (Windows and Linux). Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies (ServiceNow). Scripting/programming experience in Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python or UNIX Shell a plus.
