Job Description- Implement budget control and standardization, including developing training, templates, and coordinating meetings to ensure accurate budget management;
- Prepare, analyze, and manage the annual Purchase Order (PO);
- Promote a culture of expense management by introducing BRF tools, creating routine controls, interfacing with leaders to identify deviations, causes, and corrective actions;
- Implement KPIs and inventory controls, ensuring targets are met, with the creation of templates, standardization, and follow-up meetings;
- Implement and maintain the Management by Objectives (MBO) methodology;
- Ensure proper preparation and analysis of the annual CSR reports;
- Identify continuous improvement projects using BRF's management systems, Six Sigma, and Lean tools;
- Support the implementation of management and improvement tools such as SDCA & PDCA;
- Assist in developing process flows with departments, ensuring processes follow designed flows, and coordinate compliance meetings;
- Perform gap analysis against customer, international standards, and legal requirements within the Management System and ensure integration through existing procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
