Key Responsibilities UI Development: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for nuclear operations applications, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with nuclear engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions. Modern Technologies: Develop and maintain web applications using current front-end frameworks and technologies. Performance Optimization: Enhance application speed, scalability, and usability for mission-critical environments. User Experience Improvement: Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback to continuously refine the interface. Accessibility & Reliability: Ensure UI designs meet accessibility standards and support 24 / 7 operational reliability. API Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data systems seamlessly. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for UI components, design systems, and development workflows. Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end development best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in UI / front-end development Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills What do we offer?
