**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **strategic financial insights**to support decision-making at the executive level;
- Develop and enhance **financial models, forecasts, and reports**to improve business planning and performance tracking;
- Lead **automation initiatives**, identifying and implementing tools to streamline financial processes and reporting;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies;
- Identify opportunities for **cost optimization**, specifically focusing on **contribution cost (material and logistics)**;
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Qualifications**:
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field;
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools);
- Experience with automation tools, scripting (Python, SQL, VBA), or ERP/reporting system enhancements is a strong plus;
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate insights effectively;
- Intermediate English - you will need the language for reading and writing
- Spanish is desirable.
