Job Description We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team and help us optimize the performance of over 25 B2B websites. As a key member for the web team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, tracking key website metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve MQL generation and conversion rates. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions and improve the performance of our websites. Key Responsibilities Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement. Interpret data from website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, HubSpot). Set and ideate web events based on business objectives. Conduct A/B testing analyses (VWO and HubSpot). One‑off analysis for key initiatives like Back Friday campaign, promotions, product launches, website migrations to measure effectiveness. Identify and analyze audience segments to improve targeting and personalization. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that tracking plans are in place for all key user behaviors. Collaborate with the content team to provide data‑driven insights that inform content creation and optimize engagement from key user segments. Qualifications 2+ years experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms. Ability to interpret web data using Looker, Tableau, Superset or similar tools. Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely. Experience with Hotjar, Clarity, or other user behavior tracking tools is a plus. Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools is a plus. Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
