We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic education, fluent in English, and experienced in engaging young learners through inquiry-based and values-driven teaching.

Main responsibilities: Teach core subjects (Math, Science, and English) using engaging and age-appropriate strategies. Implement the IB PYP framework while promoting the school's values of unity, diversity, and service. Support literacy development with creative, interactive activities that foster curiosity and critical thinking. Plan, adapt, and differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs and ensure inclusion. Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment that encourages self-discipline, cooperation, and holistic growth. Collaborate with colleagues, communicate regularly with parents, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pedagogy (required); Master's or postgraduate studies in Education is a plus.
  • Classroom teaching experience in Elementary Education (preferred).
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
  • Strong classroom management and curriculum planning skills.
  • Prior experience or training in the IB PYP framework is a plus.

Position Details:

Full-time, CLT contract

Workload: 32–34 periods per week (teaching, planning, and meetings)

Estamos em busca de um(a) Professor(a) do Ensino Fundamental I dedicado(a) para integrar nossa comunidade escolar. O(a) candidato(a) ideal é apaixonado(a) por educação integral, fluente em inglês e possui experiência em engajar crianças por meio de práticas de ensino investigativas e orientadas por valores.

Principais responsabilidades: Ministrar disciplinas de Matemática, Ciências e Inglês com estratégias envolventes e adequadas à faixa etária. Implementar o currículo IB PYP, promovendo os valores de unidade, diversidade e serviço da escola. Apoiar o desenvolvimento da alfabetização com atividades criativas e interativas que estimulem a curiosidade e o pensamento crítico. Planejar, adaptar e diferenciar aulas para atender às diversas necessidades dos alunos, garantindo a inclusão. Manter um ambiente de sala de aula positivo e bem estruturado, incentivando a autodisciplina, a cooperação e o desenvolvimento integral. Colaborar com colegas, comunicar-se regularmente com os pais e participar de processos contínuos de formação profissional.

Qualificações:

  • Graduação em Pedagogia (obrigatório); Mestrado ou pós-graduação em Educação será considerado um diferencial.
  • Experiência em sala de aula no Ensino Fundamental I (preferencial).
  • Inglês fluente (nível C1).
  • Forte capacidade de gestão de sala de aula e planejamento curricular.
  • Experiência prévia ou formação no IB PYP será considerada um diferencial.
