Como nosso Technical Writer, você será responsável pela experiência de conteúdo técnico dos produtos da Azion. Será fruto do seu trabalho que desenvolvedores e demais usuários encontrem instruções claras para adotarem e aprofundarem o uso da plataforma sem auxílio (self-service). Você será um promotor de Edge Computing no mercado e um agente do crescimento escalável de nossa empresa.
Como parte do time de Product Education, você terá sólidos conceitos em Tecnologia e Edge Computing. Você fará parte de squads de nossa engenharia e irá trabalhar em sinergia com o time de UX Design, Product Management e Software Engineering, promovendo conteúdo dentro do produto (in-product/UX Writing), curando e criando novos conteúdos e documentações técnicas, assim como produzindo vídeos, casos de uso, guias de primeiros passos, etc. simplificando informações para uma melhor experiência e aprendizado dos nossos clientes, independente de quais produtos estejam envolvidos.
Estamos construindo a área de Education e há muito trabalho para ser feito. Será necessário um forte espírito de equipe, senso de urgência e de priorização das demandas. Aqui, você corre atrás do resultado Está à altura deste desafio?
**Qualificações mínimas**:
- Conhecimento técnico do protocolo HTTP e de aplicações web.
- Experiência prévia em equipes de desenvolvimento e/ou produtos de tecnologia;
- Experiência prévia em geração de documentação técnica e manuais de usuário;
- Excelente escrita para a produção de conteúdos técnicos.
- Graduação em áreas da Comunicação, Línguas, Informática, Ciência da Computação, ou de outras áreas com produção intensiva de conteúdo e/ou da tecnologia.
- Inglês fluente: conversação, leitura e escrita.
**Qualificações desejáveis**:
- Experiência ou formação em documentação dentro de produtos (UX Writing);
- Conhecimentos de Git ou outro sistema de controle de versão;
- Conhecimentos de bases de dados, Markdown, JSON, CSS, HTML.
- Conhecimentos de linguagens de programação e uso de API's e CLI's;
- Experiência com produção de vídeos e conteúdos visuais;
- Espanhol.
