Join our team to leverage your expertise in creating impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results._- This is a remote role you can be anywhere in LATAM. _**Aon is in the business of better decisions**At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.**What the day will look like**- _Develop, execute, measure and optimize campaigns on a continuous basis_- _Analyse, share and present campaign results with broader our marketing team and stakeholders_- _Enhance marketing and lead generation efforts as well as standardized reporting_- _Identify and prioritize the development of campaigns executed in Latin America_- _Play a key role in sharing best practices and industry trends among team members_**How this opportunity is different**:- You will be able to help Aon to generate leads and make a difference in the daily basis._**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish _- _Knowledge and experience working in marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred)_- _Experience developing targeted automated marketing campaigns_- _Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is preferred_- _Confidence in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, SharePoint knowledge is a plus_- _Flexibility to work from home or adapt to an office setting_**How we support our colleagues**In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
