Investigations Manager

This position is responsible for identifying, investigating, and establishing protocols for incidents, fraudulent activity, and misconduct involving consumers, curriers and restaurants, with a focus on safety-related concerns. Investigations require thorough and comprehensive risk assessments tied to food delivery operations. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration in insurance claim reviews, crisis situations that could impact brand reputation, criminal matters, and handling official requests from authorities — all aimed at protecting platform integrity and maintaining a secure, trustworthy service for users.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee investigations into fraudulent behavior, safety incidents, insurance-related issues, and security breaches within the ride-hailing ecosystem.

- Utilize investigative techniques and data analysis to detect irregularities, suspicious patterns, or potential safety risks.

- Gather and evaluate evidence to support findings, producing structured reports, insights, and recommendations.

- Highlight organizational or operational risks based on investigative insights.

- Ensure all investigative activities are performed effectively and align with company policies and standards.

Job requirements

- Deep understanding of how to detect system, process, or personnel-related risks.

- Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage time-sensitive situations effectively.

- Sound judgment in selecting the best approach to resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to develop reports and engage with stakeholders confidently and clearly.
