What will help you succeedAdvanced English skills. Experience working in agile environments. Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); active participation in Agile teams, gathering business requirements, creating user stories, managing the backlog and driving Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning). Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams. Experience in Offshore/onsite delivery model.
