You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise. Our role expectations are:
Getting staffed on cases and working from client-site or BCG office for a duration of couple of months by providing analysis to drive insight into specific client issuesManaging and processing industry focus analysis requests, and assisting consultants with industry specific problemsInteracting with local teams and use an extensive collection of internal and external information resources to gather, filter, synthesize, package and deliver insights to the Insurance Practice AreaWorking on content pieces with special focus on Latin American Brazil market specific expertise, including industry trends, local and regional competitive landscape, benchmarks, mapping key industry players, amongst othersSupporting the Insurance PA in Brazil with content development/synthesis for external engagements (Seat at the table events, newspaper articles, etc.)Gatekeeping all content developed in the Insurance Practice Area in Brazil in an organized way, identifying content to be sanitized and published for the wider BCG ecosystemYOU'RE GOOD ATSolving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in the Insurance sector, including open Insurance, new regulations, etc-Communicating with case teams and stakeholders, in a credible and confident wayWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of workingBeing flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideasNavigating complexity and ambiguityWhat You'll Bring2+ years of consulting experience in relevant insurance related work required;
candidates with consulting experience strongly preferredDeep understanding of the insurance sector in Brazil (including open insurance and regulations)In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required;
