Job Summary:We are seeking an experiencedSAP PPDS Consultantto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inSAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS/e PPDS), preferably in anS/4 HANA environment. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement advanced planning solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and support ofSAP PPDSsolutions inS/4 HANAenvironments.Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and provide the best SAP-based planning and scheduling solutions.ConfigurePPDS functionalitiessuch as heuristic-based planning, optimizer-based planning, block planning, and capacity leveling.Optimize master data such asresource capacities, production versions, PDS (Production Data Structures), and PPMs (Production Process Models).Integrate PPDS with other SAP modules likePP, MM, SD, and EWMfor seamless production planning.Provide expertise inOrder-based and Time-continuous Scheduling, pegging strategies, and alert monitoring.SupportCIF (Core Interface)integration between SAP ERP and PPDS.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth business operations.Conduct user training and create documentation for system configurations and processes.Required Skills & Experience:5+ yearsof experience inSAP PPDSimplementation and support.Strong expertise inSAP S/4 HANA PPDS, includingDS Board, PPDS Optimizer, Planning Procedures, and Interactive Planning.Experience inCIF integrationbetween SAP ECC/S4 HANA and PPDS.Solid understanding ofproduction planning processes, includingMake-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), and Repetitive Manufacturing.Hands-on experience inheuristics, capacity leveling, and scheduling strategies.Strong knowledge ofSAP PP/MM and integration with EWM.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:SAPPPDS certification.Experience withIndustry-specific solutionssuch as Automotive, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.Knowledge ofSAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)andAPO(Advanced Planning & Optimization).
