The role We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong English skills (C1+) for a full-time remote role. Our client is a fashion e-commerce brand (clothing & accessories) targeting the U.S. market, based in Dubai. This is an outsourced cooperation model. Schedule 5 working days per week, rotating days off Shifts between 08:00–05:00 CAT Responsibilities Communicating with customers via chat, email, and calls Handling order-related inquiries, returns, and delivery issues Making cold calls to customers who left negative feedback Daily reporting on tasks, creating and managing invoices Maintaining CRM records (Zoho) Following internal KPIs and quality standards What we’re looking for 1+ year of customer support or related experience (e.g. e-commerce, Instagram shop management, B2B) English at C1 level or higher Experience with Zoho or similar CRM is a plus Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized What we offer 20 paid day-offs Access to internal education and knowledge bases Fully remote work format
