Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry — Nexer Telescope. You will help us find engineers for Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management to facilitate relocation and onboarding.

Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in multiple countries, and you will be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. We value joy, trust and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about relocation benefits.
  • Build trust with candidates during the relocation process and coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management.
  • Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
  • Work with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Maintain a high level of service orientation, brand awareness, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of closing recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated and with a professional appearance.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Passionate about success with a balanced, executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible in a professional manner.
Work conditions
  • Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months; eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-working center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes; free national holidays with maintained pay; 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
