**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: Global Operations & Reporting Intern - iXP Internship Program
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS
**Expected start date to end date**: 17/04/2025
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the staffing and capacity planning of Onboarding Advisors to ensure smooth execution of onboarding services.
- Support the creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track team performance and operational success.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to operational enhancements by optimizing workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regions.
**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
**Education & Background**:
Students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in:
- Business Administration, Management, Economics
- Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems
- Engineering, Mathematics, or other analytical fields
**Skills & Tools**:
- ** Data analysis & visualization**: Experience or interest in tools like Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA), Power BI, SAP BW, Tableau, or similar.
- ** Operational mindset**: Ability to organize, optimize, and improve internal processes.
- ** Problem-solving & analytical thinking**: Ability to analyze data and propose meaningful insights.
- ** Project & time management**: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ** Strong communication skills**: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
