Overview

We are looking for an Oracle - Cloud - Lead, Remote in Brazil and an Oracle - Cloud FIN - TAX specialist (remote in Brazil) to join our IT services team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based integrations and Oracle Cloud configurations, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud, VBCS, REST/SOAP APIs, tax/localization for Brazil, and related Oracle technologies. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting global and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Drive integration best practices and use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with a high level of understanding of Oracle solutions to drive integrations and the architecture of business-critical operations and technical dependencies.
• Implement architected structures using Oracle systems and tools (VBCS, APEX, Fusion, ERP, and other solutions).
• Create and configure connections, lookup tables, and scheduled orchestrations.
• Develop BIP reports, extract data using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reports, and consume them in OIC and VBCS.
• Develop ORDS APIs for data stored in ATP database APIs; develop conversions using FBDI processes.
• Develop and implement workflows, APIs, and data mapping using OIC and related tools/systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot integration flows; perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure integration complies with company policies, industry standards, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with quality teams to monitor until high availability and performance of integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend leading practices.
• Document integration processes, architectural designs, and technical specifications; ensure security standards are followed.
• Support agile practices and adapt to fast-paced market demands.
• Ensure software engineering best practices are documented and followed by the team.
• Hands-on experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud Developer or similar role; proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (Process, Connections, and Integration Design and implementation), including events/applications usage.
• Experience with building VBCS pages, BIP, OTBI reports; conversions using FBDI; strong knowledge of Fusion, APEX, ERP, and other Oracle technologies; good understanding of OCI resources.
• Proficient knowledge of SDLC, including scalable enterprise systems and algorithms/strategies for applications.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API management, business events, and application composer data transformation; strong experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Understand cloud integration concepts, disaster recovery, security standards, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Broad experience in cloud implementations and support; senior hands-on capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization (for TAX role) or general Oracle Cloud configurations; strong understanding of Brazil localization in Oracle Cloud for tax scenarios.
• Good-to-Have: Ability to work independently with customers; Agile working practices.
• Highly Desirable Skills: Oracle Cloud certifications; familiarity with Agile methodologies; relevant engineering/IT/web application background.
