The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional people management skills. Key Responsibilities and Duties Technical leadership: Spearhead complex projects, offer guidance, provide feedback to aid problem-solving efforts; Project Management: Ensure timely deliveries, manage project metrics, remove obstacles, mitigate risks, report on project status, collect and apply lessons learned; People Management: Foster evaluations, IDPs, 1-on-1s, ensure adherence to processes, improve productivity, develop technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career growth opportunities, oversee hiring and termination processes; Strategic relationship management with multiple stakeholders, taking ownership of delivering software solutions and driving development team engagement; Drive process improvements through suggestion and promotion.
