BA Global Talent is looking for a proactive, articulate, and organized Sourcer in LATAM to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part at the earliest stages of the recruitment process—identifying and engaging top talent, sparking interest in exciting opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful conversations. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates using provided lists. Gauge candidate interest and collect key qualifying details. Schedule qualified candidates for further conversations with senior team members. Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects who were unreachable by phone. Support proactive outreach efforts between active searches. Keep talent data clean and up-to-date in the database and spreadsheets. Work closely with the internal team to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies. Qualifications Fluent English skills—both spoken and written. Comfortable making cold and warm outreach calls. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and email templates is a bonus. Experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required). Naturally organized and detail-oriented. Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly. Tools you will use Loxo platform. LinkedIn Recruiter. Spreadsheets, databases, and outreach tools. Time Zone Eastern Time Part-Time 20-30 hours per week Full-Time 9 : 30 AM - 5 PM ET (Flexible) Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
