Are you a pro at graphic / web designing but hate the commute, time away from your family, and overall hassle of working in an office?Well, you’re in luck. AutoGrow is hiring a full-time, permanently remote **Graphic / Web Designer who can work from home**. Someone who wants to earn a full-time salary by helping us design landing pages and collaterals with design elements (colors, stock photos, font sizing, and font family) that match the client’s website—all without having to get out of their PJs.We want someone who:- Experience in website design: landing pages, logos, images for social media ads, custom designs for download incentive (i.e., lead magnets)- Can create FIGMA templates with frontend mindset and convert FIGMA files into landingpages through the most common pagebuilders- Proficiency in CMS like WordPress and Shopify.- Knowledge in tools like Leadpages, Elementor ( Elementor Pro), BeaverBuilder, Divi, Kajabi, WooCommerce, WPBakery, WP Forms, and ClickFunnels.- Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery) and advantage- It's a plus if you have UX background and have worked with Envato Elements- Is diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key- Has a positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills- Creative, solution-oriented mindset- Client-focused attitude but also able to follow diligently specific directions each week- Must be available to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time)At AutoGrow, we only hire creative problem-solvers who are passionate about their work and can think outside the box—and we reward the amazing results these problem-solvers achieve with a variety of great perks.Some of the benefits from working as a Designer with us are:- **A full-time remote work.** Toss out the tie and put on some slippers because with us, you can truly **work anywhere**, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
