Join Oleve as a contract Full-Stack AI Software Engineer on our Special Projects team and help us build intelligent systems that automate and replace traditional staffing needs across different business units. You'll create full-stack agentic systems that combine AI capabilities with robust engineering to handle complex business processes autonomously. We profitably serve 7M+ users worldwide

From building AI-powered market research automation to creating intelligent marketing tools that operate without human intervention, you'll be instrumental in developing the autonomous systems that enable our rapid scaling from thousands to millions of users with minimal operational overhead.

What you'll do:

  • Design and build full-stack agentic systems that automate a wide variety of processes
  • Develop AI-powered tools that replace traditional staffing functions
  • Create intelligent market research and analysis automation systems
  • Build marketing automation and growth tools with AI capabilities
  • Implement data pipelines and processing systems for autonomous decision-making
  • Develop web scraping and analysis systems with intelligent filtering
  • Create dashboards and reporting interfaces for automated insights
  • Integrate AI/ML models into production business automation systems
  • Build tools for automated content management and growth optimization
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution systems with AI analysis
  • Collaborate across business units to identify automation opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, MongoDB and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong experience with AI/ML concepts, implementation, and agentic systems
  • Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes
  • Knowledge of web scraping frameworks and automation tools
  • Database design skills for handling large-scale automated data processing
  • Experience with analytics and tracking implementation
  • Understanding of business process automation and workflow design
  • AWS or cloud platform experience for scalable AI systems
  • Experience building systems that operate autonomously with minimal supervision

Contract Details:

  • Remote work (Brazil/Latin America preferred)
  • Competitive contract rates
  • Hours must overlap with US Eastern time work hours
