About Us
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is an entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
About the team
The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.
This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency;
- Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale;
- Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners;
- Conduct general data entry tasks;
- Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures;
- Shifts will be night shifts, but can change based on business need (you will be given at least one month notice of shift change) - Shifts can be 14:00-21:00 or 15:00-22:00 BRT.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Advanced English
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Basic/intermediate Spanish
- Analytical and research skills
- Ability to work in fast and evolving environment with an eye for detail
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SQL a plus
- Ability to evaluate content of advertisements by referring to standard operating procedures
