UX/UI Product Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and help improve, expand, and evolve our SaaS platform, a growing suite of tools designed to help small businesses maximize their online presence. You’ll contribute to refining existing features, shaping new ones from concept to execution, and enhancing the overall usability and visual polish of the product as it grows. This is a collaborative role within a cross-functional team, working closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

As a UX/UI Product Designer , you’ll work closely with the product, engineering, and design teams to shape a tool that genuinely works for our small business clients. You’ll focus on refining the user experience across key areas of our platform like client social media accounts, online business listings, scheduling, invoicing, and client communications by designing clean, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that reflect how our customers actually work.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who understands real user needs and translates them into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces that deliver immediate value and keep users coming back.

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and prototypes that are simple, usable, and scalable
• Design intuitive UI components that improve business workflows for our users
• Work alongside engineers to ensure thoughtful implementation and visual quality
• Participate in user research and usability testing to ground decisions in real user needs
• Iterate quickly based on internal feedback and customer insights

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of real shipped work
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including project handoff and the ability to work within existing design direction while expanding and evolving the interface as the product and feature suite grow
• Ability to balance structure and flexibility in your designs, particularly across desktop and mobile
• Experience working within a design system and contributing to its ongoing development
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal required
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS platforms, ideally tools built for small business users
• Comfort collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers throughout the lifecycle of a feature

• Experience with user testing or conducting lightweight research
• A solid eye for visual detail and a desire to make things feel clean, clear, and consistent
• Excitement about working in a fast-moving environment where we’re building toward a bigger vision
