We are currently looking for a CRM Product Owner – an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in a hybrid position based in São Pablo. Responsibilities Define and execute the CRM roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Translate business objectives into CRM capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules of Dynamics 365. Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery to ensure timely and high‑quality releases. Partner with stakeholders and Product Owners to align strategic priorities, KPIs, and timelines. Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring functionality delivers measurable business value. Promote CRM adoption through workshops, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Requirements 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting or Product Owner/Manager roles, preferably with Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong business acumen and proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Experience leading cross‑functional, agile teams in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences. Demonstrated success in project planning, governance, and risk management. Exposure to international and multicultural environments. Hybrid work model, based in São Pablo, Brazil.
