Job Description We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in assisting the business team with financial processes, formulating and optimizing financial processes and rules, providing professional financial advice, and promoting implementation. You will support financial matters for new countries / cities launches, ensuring smooth business-related financial processes and controlling financial risks. You will also cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. In this role, you will evaluate the investment and expected return of new business and provide financial support for business development. You will participate in the company's business plan-related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business. As a Finance Business Partner, you will gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks. You will also participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, background in corporate finance, accounting, finance or related majors. More than 5 years of experience in finance BP or related positions, familiar with MENA financial regulations. Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn new things. Able to quickly adapt to new environments and job responsibilities. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with different departments. Proficient in using financial software, office software and statistical analysis methods, with good data processing and analysis capabilities. Strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity, think deeply, and possess skills in identifying and resolving issues. Able to use English as the working language.
