As one of the world’s largest integrated pulp and paper producers, APP delivers high-performance, sustainable paper solutions across more than 150 countries.About the Role We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide dedicated sales and operational support to the Regional Sales Managers for Cultural Paper products in LATAM, with a primary focus on Brazil. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with paper mills in Brazil and a solid understanding of the Latin American paper market.What You’ll Be Doing Support the Regional Sales Managers in daily commercial operations. Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and service. Process customer orders and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Conduct market research and prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation. Liaise with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to support order management. Contribute to market insights and process improvement initiatives.✅ What You Bring 4–5 years’ experiencein thepaper industry , ideally from aBrazilian paper mill . Strong understanding of theLATAM paper and packaging market . College degreein Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. Fluent inPortugueseandEnglish(Spanish is an advantage).
