Overview Employer Industry: Digital Advertising Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $80,000 per year, plus equity and benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, with up to 95% funded by the employer Employee stock option program and company-sponsored retirement plan with matching contributions Generous paid time off policy, including 12 annual holidays and flexible days Remote-first environment, providing flexibility to work from most locations in the U.S. Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative company with a focus on performance marketing Responsibilities Set up and manage programmatic ad campaigns across Connected TV (CTV) platforms Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to align campaigns with client goals Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance; assist with in-flight optimizations Troubleshoot ad serving or tracking issues to minimize disruptions Create reports using tools like Rill and Looker, providing actionable insights Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in ad operations or programmatic advertising Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, or campaign trafficking tools Experience with CTV/OTT platforms and performance-focused campaigns Strong attention to detail and a data-first mindset A degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience running or supporting campaigns in the gaming industry, including user acquisition or branding campaigns for console, mobile, or PC games Hands-on experience with attribution, tags, or pixels in digital ad tech Familiarity with reporting tools such as Rill and/or Looker Proficiency in programmatic ad serving platforms like Beeswax, FreeWheel, DV360, etc. #DigitalAdvertising #ProgrammaticAdvertising #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #InclusiveWorkplace We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
