Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Netherlands marketSource, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channelsCoordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless hiring delivery Requirements:
Proficiency in Dutch – excellent written and spoken skills are a mustPrior experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote setupComfortable working across time zones, especially EU business hours What We Offer:
