Responsibilities
- Supervise over-all warehouse operations including warehouse personnel and facilities;
- Process receiving of incoming stocks for replenishment and returned products by creating transaction documents in Microsoft D365 such TO-Receipt and Delivery Receipt-Return, etc.
- Process issuance of stocks for sales, stocks transfer to other warehouses, fertilizers for use in farm demo and in field trials by creating documents in D365 such as Delivery Receipt, Transfer Order-Shipment, etc.
- Prepare stocks replenishment and create Transfer Order in D365.
- Conduct monthly physical count of bagged fertilizer stocks and other products inside the assigned warehouse.
- Reconcile stock inventory; actual physical inventory against and accounting or per D365 record
- Disburse petty cash expenses and prepare Petty Cash replenishment (every 15th and 30th day of the month)
- Prepare and submit warehouse inventory 3 months moving budgets and monthly warehouse reports
- Prepare request for payment and create journal in D365 for payment of bills such as warehouse rental, utilities, security, trucking and handling services
- College graduate preferably BS in Accountancy, Business Management or any related course;
- At least with 5 years related experience in management of Warehouse Operations;
- Must have effective communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Must have sound judgment and very good planning skills;
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications; and
- Must know how to drive and with a valid driver’s license.
