Overview of the role Python Tech Lead to join our Development team, working on multicultural, globally distributed projects. Proactive, collaborative team players passionate about programming and dedicated to delivering the best end‑user experience. Key responsibilities Work closely with Engineering and Business stakeholders to support project delivery. Manage time effectively to focus on coding and support junior team members. Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks. Make architectural decisions with long‑term business growth in mind. Requirements 7+ years of practical experience in Python and Django development. Experience with object‑oriented programming. 3 years of development using other programming languages. Strong skills with XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL). Experience with OOD. Professional experience working with large data structures and algorithms.
