**Job Duties and Qualifications**:
- Curso técnico completo em mecânica, eletrônica ou áreas afins.
- CFT ativo.
- 2+ anos de experiência como supervisor(a) de flexitubo, bombas ou nitrogênio.
- Estrangeiros sem CFT devem ter título apostilado.
- Contrato local para Catu.
Sob supervisão geral, promove excelentes relações com os clientes no local de trabalho. Planeja e realiza os cálculos necessários para o trabalho no local do poço, conforme necessário. Pode coordenar as atividades dos operadores de serviço durante a montagem e desmontagem do equipamento em um local e a preparação do equipamento para realizar um trabalho. Garante a satisfação do cliente com o trabalho realizado. Responsável pela gestão do inventário de materiais quando atua como único fornecedor de serviços da Halliburton no local do poço. Conforme necessário, pode realizar a coleta e distribuição de dados sobre os trabalhos. Utiliza processos de competência para aprimorar o desenvolvimento de habilidades e o desempenho no trabalho. Tem a responsabilidade de garantir que a documentação de campo seja corretamente preenchida. As tarefas do trabalho, corretamente realizadas, impactam indiretamente na contenção de custos, eficiência e lucratividade das operações. As habilidades são normalmente adquiridas através da conclusão dos requisitos de Desenvolvimento de Carreira (Competência) da HAL para a função. Possuir um certificado médico offshore conforme exigido. Conclusão do diploma de ensino médio ou equivalente. Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Serviços de Tubulação Enrolada (CT), incluindo experiência específica em ferramentas de CT e aplicações no trabalho. Deve possuir habilidades excepcionais dentro da linha de serviço e ter uma compreensão geral de outras funções de serviço. Deve ser conhecedor dos padrões HMS, HSE, métodos de trabalho e diretrizes para o pessoal de CT. Promove a conscientização sobre segurança e meio ambiente. Promove e participa ativamente dos processos de melhoria da qualidade. Possuir um certificado de Treinamento de Sobrevivência e Emergência Offshore conforme exigido.
