Job Title: Latin America Oracle EBS Localization Support Consultant

Location: São Paulo or Curitiba, Brazil (Remote with Onsite 2-3 days a week)

Duration: 1 year (with the possibility of extension)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Localization Support Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert support for Oracle EBS localizations across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. The consultant will collaborate closely with Infosys, our main L3 vendor, to maintain and enhance our Oracle EBS implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Oracle EBS localizations in Brazil and other Latin American countries, including Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Uruguay.
  • Address and resolve localization-specific issues, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Infosys and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support of Oracle EBS across all regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for localization support, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of localization processes, configurations, and issues.
  • Stay updated on local statutory changes and ensure Oracle EBS configurations remain compliant.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle EBS, specifically with localization functionalities for Latin American countries.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and regulations in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Uruguay.
  • Proven track record of providing support and solutions for Oracle EBS localizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in São Paulo or Curitiba at least 2-3 days a week.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Infosys or other major L3 vendors.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role with a focus on localization support.

Goals/Objectives:

  • Provide a higher level of service to our business partners in South and Central America.
  • Support Oracle EBS localizations across multiple countries without the need for dedicated resources in each location.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and maintain seamless Oracle EBS operations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: R$18,000.00 - R$22,000.00 per month
