This role directs multiple teams of security professionals, engineers, and analysts responsible for protecting Bunge's critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS) from cyber threats. The Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing short- to mid-term security strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in OT security, including a strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, security protocols, and risk management methodologies. The Manager must be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build consensus, and drive change within the organization.
