What is Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with product solution cycles utilizing SDLC practices
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading software engineers in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure Development, and TypeScript
How to Stand Out
  • Experience with service-oriented and event-driven system architecture
  • Background in building high-performance distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Behavioral Driven Design and Domain Driven Design
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to changing business demands
