Preferred Qualification Standards Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accountancy/Management/Business Administration Training: Six (6) hours of relevant training Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience Job Outputs and Responsibilities Validate transactions per billing statement received from LBP and process payment of valid service fees Assist in the preparation of proposals for Division activities Assist in facilitation of Division activities (e.g., National Conference, Field Visits, Orientations) and prepare materials Assist in facilitation of meetings related to grants management and prepare materials Establish and maintain linkages with internal and external stakeholders Assist in the drafting/updating Memorandum of Agreement, guidelines, and manuals related to grants management Prepare communications/letters/memoranda regarding service fees, external relations, guidelines, and other matters as assigned Monitor compliance of FO counterparts to established policies and guidelines Prepare internal and external reportorial requirements related to service fees, guidelines, compliance and engagement with stakeholders Provide technical assistance to OBSUs and FOs regarding grants management or cash/account-related processes Respond to service fees payment issues and other matters within scope Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors Job Outputs Documents for payment of valid service fees (Obligation Requests, Disbursement Vouchers, Statement of Service Fee, schedules) PowerPoint Presentations/Training or Workshop Materials/Feedback/Documentation Reports Notice of Meetings/Minutes of Meetings/Summary of Agreements Revised/Updated Memoranda of Agreements/Guidelines/Manuals Inputs to Guidelines of other OBSUs/Divisions Communications/Letters/Memoranda Internal/External Reports Customer/Client Satisfaction Measurement Forms Criteria for Evaluation Education: 25% Training: 10% Experience: 25% Eligibility: 25% IQT: 5% Technical Exam: 20% Interview: 10% Performance Review: 5% Total: 100% Shortlisting and Application Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 80% of the maximum total score in Education, Training, and Experience Final Shortlisting: Top five highest ratings, overall not less than 80% How to Apply Apply by submitting the Job Application Form (JAF) and required documents in a single PDF (max 100 MB) on or before June 6, 2025, via the provided link.
