Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

Ruby Labs is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team for a new product — a next-generation AI platform that aggregates the world’s leading language models and tools into a single, simple interface. In this role, you will create new reports, improve current reports, and ensure we have safe, well-modeled data to support decision-making. You will work with a variety of clients to build their future data environments and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decisions.

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams.
• Create new dashboards, maintain and improve existing reports such as Product Reports.
• Analyze user behavior and identify key insights (e.g., aha moments).
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, patterns, and provide recommendations to maximise KPIs.
• Monitor metrics and build robust data models in SQL.
• Collaborate with peers and Leadership to give and receive actionable feedback.

• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.
• At least 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and insights in large datasets.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to think strategically with data-driven decision making aligned to the organisation’s goals.
• Experience in Product Analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience in subscription business.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Experience with Python, R.
• Experience with GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
• Experience with Git and code review processes.
