We are looking for Engineering Support Technician who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

  • Investigate and drive support resolution with Bolt web engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from FICC Boltweb
  • Help to define and improve runtime while enhancing Boltweb support platform and application
  • Become support SME and help improving service elasticity, resiliency and recovery times
  • Improve SDLC / Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates
  • Create documentation and code snippets to share with L1 engineering teams
