Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations - IS Latin America Are you looking for a new challenge? Responsibilities Managing the business cycle—3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure performance in all areas (manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply, commissioning). Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, as well as corrective action plans as needed. Advise functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in one's field. Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems. Lead as a project leader of medium sized projects or serve as a major contributor to larger projects (work typically takes 3–6 months to complete, with impact typically 2–12 months after the event). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A operations. Good command of English and Portuguese. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; effective problem identification and solution skills; proven analytical and organizational ability.
