**About the job**:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.
Strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Additionally the role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities.
- Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.
- Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
- Drive improvements in process and practices.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- ** 5+ years of experience in a leadership role**, managing multiple projects.
- ** 2+ years of experience in software development** (Node.js).
- Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential.
- Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have.
- Proven experience launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.
- Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
