Attractive benefits:


  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (BRT), with 1 hour for lunch.
  • Position Level: Entry Level
  • 100% Remote position


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the client's internal recruitment team, proactively sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates based on specific requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to present as qualified active candidates.
  • Generate candidate interest through creative strategies.
  • Pre-qualify talent through profiling, assessing the level of interest and availability via calls and emails.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
  • Maintain and update databases (Dynamics, LinkedIn Projects).
  • Identify talent.
  • Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to independently assess candidates.
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to attract candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating between client and candidate on behalf of team members.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in English (expert/native proficiency level, both oral and written).
  • Experience in recruiting in the United States or Global (Plus).
