Overview

Looking for an expert and goal-oriented Facebook Ads Manager for our Marketing department. You will plan, initiate, and successfully lead advertising campaigns on Facebook as well as other Social Media platforms. Your primary objective is to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness through targeted and effective ads.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to support business goals.
  • Design and optimize ad creatives to engage target audiences.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators to improve campaign results.
  • Setup and manage tracking using DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager.
  • Coordinate with our e-commerce team to ensure ads are aligned with products and promotions.
  • Test and optimize ad copy, design, and targeting to maximize conversions.
  • Budget responsibly to ensure maximum impact for ad spend across platforms.
  • Research trends, competitors, and changes to the Facebook platform to stay ahead.
  • Conversion optimization: Ensure ads are optimized for conversions and offer a positive user experience.
Qualifications
  • Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and other Advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, and knowledge of SEO / SEM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and how to effectively partner with others for reach.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to think strategically.
  • Understanding of digital campaign budgeting processes.
  • Experience with e-commerce Marketing: Driving sales from social media is highly desirable.
  • Superior social media management and content creation skills.
  • Teamwork: Work well in a team-oriented setting while juggling multiple projects at once.
