About the Role Are you an SEO leader with local and franchise SEO expertise looking for your next great career opportunity? We’re seeking a senior, supervisory‑level SEO Strategist to lead our international SEO efforts. This full‑time team‑lead role requires working U.S. business hours in Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist. Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise. Oversee the implementation of linking strategies. Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients. Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility. Assist with or create website SEO audits. Identify new link‑building opportunities and develop relationships for link building. Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients. Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients. Work across departments to build a strong understanding of organic SEO. Ensure on‑time, on‑budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or elevate as necessary. Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics. Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements. Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis. Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews. Attend key account meetings as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends. Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues. Qualifications 4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience. Strong client relationship and English communication skills. Proficiency in managing multi‑location and national SEO programs. Strategic planning and execution for franchise‑specific challenges.
