- Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in-person and virtually, providing essential clinical and reimbursement information
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives using market data and customer insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in the healthcare community
- Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated solutions and guidance on product access-related issues
- Bachelor\'s degree required; life sciences preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare; neuroscience preferred for Sales Specialist role
- Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
- Proven advanced selling skills and strong business acumen
- Ability to meet travel requirements, including significant driving and overnight stays
- Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
