About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Tech & AI team, playing a leading role in the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients. The selected professional will contribute to the design and implementation of proprietary applications, combining programming language models with automations and robust data flows. You will work directly on strategic projects involving everything from technical architecture to the delivery of integrated solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, among others. A significant portion of these initiatives will focus on the legal sector or involve legal matters, requiring an understanding of legal operational workflows and the ability to translate complex challenges into data- and AI-driven solutions.
What You'll Do

• Develop advanced AI and machine learning applications using large volumes of data
• Design and build platforms based on AI, machine learning, and LLMs
• Contribute technically to implementation projects involving third-party tools, including customization when applicable
• Create and manage AI agents, including integrations with platforms such as Make, Zapier, and n8n
• Implement robust data extraction, processing, and analysis pipelines
• Customize and fine-tune language models using techniques such as fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings
• Actively participate in technical discussions on architecture, security, scalability, and governance of AI solutions
  

Basic Qualifications
What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Law, or related field
• 3 years of post-graduation professional work experience in startups, law firms, large enterprises, or consulting firms
• Fluent or advanced English and Portuguese written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid experience in developing AI and machine learning-based solutions and advanced proficiency in Python or other compatible programming languages
• Proven experience working with APIs from LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or Hugging Face
• Deep knowledge of data science, vectorization, and handling of structured and unstructured data
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom integrations and practical experience with fine-tuning and/or RAG techniques
• Previous experience with data and workflows in the legal sector and contributions to open-source projects or active participation in AI communities
• Experience in managing technology innovation projects considering diagnosis, opportunity mapping, testing solutions (POCs), definition of efficiency problems or similar
• Project management certifications and/or courses are a plus
