Sou Analista de Atração de Talentos e procuro pessoas localizadas noBrasil para trabalhar comoSoftware Architect e atuar em umprojeto internacional .

Responsabilidades:

- Definir soluções técnicas e arquiteturais em conjunto com sua equipe e o cliente.

- Propor soluções inovadoras para desafios técnicos ou de negócio relacionados ao desenvolvimento mobile.

- Trabalhar junto ao time para garantir a execução das melhores práticas de Engenharia de Software Ágil e DevSecOps.

- Criar e gerenciar o roadmap do projeto, incluindo atividades arquiteturais, dependências entre sistemas, riscos e débitos técnicos.

- Garantir que os requisitos funcionais e não funcionais sejam atendidos.

- Liderar e formar outras pessoas Arquitetas e Desenvolvedoras Seniores, mapeando planos de sucessão e talentos.

- Ser uma liderança inspiradora, reconhecida pela equipe como referência e que tem preocupação genuína com cada membro do time.

- Trabalhar efetivamente na captação de métricas para serem discutidas em PDCAs técnicos buscando proativo monitoramento e evolução técnica contínua da equipe.

- Liderar iniciativas de AI na equipe suportando o time nessa estratégia.

Requisitos para este desafio:

- Experiência em desenho e defesa de soluções arquiteturais para aplicativos mobile.

- Desenvolvimento Mobile nativo (Android /iOS).

- Conhecimento em boas práticas de Engenharia de Software Ágil e DevSecOps, como: Pirâmide de Testes, CI/CD, Feature Toggle, Clean Architecture, Modularização.

- Inglês avançado ou fluente para comunicação.

Diferenciais:

- Conhecimento em Padrões de Arquitetura como MVI e MVVM.

- Conhecimento das linguagens Swift (iOS) e Kotlin (Android).

- Experiência em Mobile utilizando Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

- Familiaridade com SDUI (Static Declarative User Interface).

- Experiência com ferramentas de automação de testes para plataformas mobile.

- Conhecimento em plataformas de Cloud Computing que suportam desenvolvimento mobile.
