Design, develop, test, and maintain SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to identify and address automation requirements and issues. Create technical design documents and test plans. Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues with SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations. Participate in project planning and estimation. Provide support for production deployments and ongoing maintenance. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Blue Prism solutions. Proficiency in C# and .NET development. Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and design patterns. Experience with agile software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience applying solutions within the US Financial Services Industry Proven and demonstrable experience writing simple to complex code in RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, etc. Possess active BluePrism ‘Developer’, UI Path ‘RPA Developer’, or higher certifications. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a wide range of audiences. Experience working in agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) using agile project management software such as JIRA.
