About The Team & Role

We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills to lead a strategic project that aims to differentiate our competitiveness in some critical cities. In this role, you will be encouraged to work cross-functionally in different Operations areas, analyze problems, propose solutions, test innovative ideas and work with key stakeholders to leverage our performance in these markets. This is a key position that can make a big impact on the business by improving our value proposition on challenging places.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Lead a strategic project and its team;
  • Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make project plans a reality;
  • Take big-picture problems and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes;
  • Deep dive into city operations, being able to maintain business as usual strategy while proposing and testing some innovations;
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.

  • Have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Are able to break down complex business problems into projects involving multiple areas and features;
  • Have SQL, A/B Testing and Excel / Google Sheets knowledge, being able to defend your ideas with data arguments;
  • Have an ownership mindset being responsible for the delivery and results of projects;
  • Have excellent communication and influential skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Are able to communicate in English and connect with multi-cultural stakeholders.
